Here are a set of most commonly asked questions. If your question is not down below, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Shipping - What are the shipping time estimates?
Shipping estimates are as follows for physical products like clothing, accessories, canvas prints, etc:
Typically, when ordering volumes are normal and/or isn't a holiday, it takes up to 7 days for your item to reach you. Please note that I am not responsible for any delays caused by issues within the postal service or other couriers such as lack of staff. You may need to contact your local couriers if there are any delays. Additionally, I will not be responsible for any fees such as customs fees. That is entirely your responsibility.
For electronic goods, shipping will be via email, and you will receive you product instantaneously once I finish designing it.
Processing - What are the
processing times for all
products?
Processing times for electronic services such as branding and illustration services go by order volume. If I have a high order volume, during our consultation, I will make that clear immediately. However, if the volume is normal, please allow up to 2 WEEKS for me to complete your project. A more specific time will be listed directly on my service page and will be constantly updated.
Processing time for physical goods such as apparel, accessories, canvas prints are roughly 3-5 days. However, please allow up to 7 days, especially during the holiday seasons or influx of COVID-19 cases.
Refunds - Are refunds available?
Depending on the situation, refunds may be available.
Ways Refunds Are Available:
FOR PRODUCTS
* If your item was damaged in transit - please take pictures of the package and the product.
* If there were any printing or fabric errors - please take pictures of the problem areas.
* If the wrong item or size was sent to you.
Ways Refunds Are NOT Available:
* If you change your mind.
* If you don't like the designs, especially because the EXACT product images are present before buying.
FOR PSYCHIC SERVICES
*Please keep in mind that there are NO REFUNDS. If the results are not to your liking, I can continue to work with you to see if there are any things I've missed. Just be aware that sometimes there is nothing I can do. The reason I will not provide a full refund is because of the time it takes for me to prepare and correspond with you, especially the amount of work I put in checking in on your situation. Sometimes, results may take some time to be noticeable as well, so it is always important to give it time while following my cleansing recommendations.
HOWEVER, if you need to cancel our meeting, please let me know 48 hours in advance, and I will refund you, or we can reschedule. If you cancel later than the 48 hours or are a no call/no show, you WILL NOT be refunded. If you are disrespectful in anyway during our session, I have the right to stop the session. If that is the case, I will not continue to help you or give you a refund.
Product Replacement - Can I swap or change products/services?
Only if there was an error that was my fault. If you are given the wrong size or design, I will be more than happy to fix that for you. As for electronic services, we can make alterations during the consul
